The staff was RESPECTFUL and the room was incredibly comfortable and nice. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. They offered wake up calls at no cost too. I used free WiFi throughout the property a lot. The hotel was in the middle of Osaka.

We got 4 nights in this hotel, loved it. The bed was comfortable and it was great having climate control, an electronic key card and flat-screen TV. The property was set in a fairly quiet area. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Cerveceria Lubiro Possa that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Had a fairly nice stay here.
